The Problem
Most practitioner sites have a single ask: "Book an appointment." For a curious visitor who's never been treated by you, that's too big a step. They have questions first. Is this person right for my problem? Do they take my insurance? What does the first visit look like?
Without a way to ask, they leave. And the contact form? If they do fill it out, where does it go? Most submissions land in an email inbox no one checks, or vanish entirely. By the time you reply, they've booked elsewhere.
